Maksym Tuzov
Maksym Tuzov is a Ukrainian director, screenwriter,
and military journalist.
In 2021, Maksym directed his graduation film "THE RIGHTEOUS ONE",
which won many awards, including at the Cannes Film Awards and the Student LA Film Awards.
In 2022, he received the Kyiv City State Administration Award “FOR CREATIVE ACHIEVEMENTS”.
In the same year, he began collaborating with Oleg Kokhan (SOTA Cinema Group),
creating the short story "THE RABBIT, OR HERE AND BACK AGAIN",
which was included in the anthology "WAR THROUGH THE EYES OF ANIMALS".
Later, in collaboration, he directed the documentaries "DOPPELGANGER" and "CALL SIGN “ARTIST”",
In 2023, he directed the documentary films "THE GOSPEL POST-24.02",
"THE ECCLESIA OF SALTIVKA" and "HERE I AM" about the work of “On the Shield” organization.
In 2024, he directed the documentary "VINCENT". In the same year,
Maksym became a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine.
He is also currently the founder of L`ARTE CINEMA GROUP.
